Please read below before registering for Girlfriends Weekend:

Downtown Holland is now offering both a weekend package and a Saturday only day pass for the next Girlfriends Weekend.  The weekend package includes a newly improved swag bag and all group events and in store activities on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  The Saturday only day pass includes a swag bag and all group events and in store activities on Saturday only.  Friday's events and activities and the Sunday brunch buffet are not included in the Saturday only day pass.

Be sure to register each member of your group with their first and last name. This is necessary as each attendee will receive a name badge that is required for admittance into all events and activities.  Remember, if you bring a group of 4 or more and register at one time with a single payment, you’ll save $5 off each registration! (Be sure to select the "4+ Group" package when registering.)

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and a receipt from PayPal once you have registered for Girlfriends Weekend, but you will not receive any type of ticket in the mail.  You will receive your name badge and swag bag when you arrive in Downtown Holland and check in for the event.  Check-in for weekend attendees will be at Home & Company and check-in for Saturday attendees will be at the Haworth Inn and Conference Center.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• Registration includes all group events outlined in the schedule, all in-store activities, and a swag bag.  Schedule and activities are subject to change.  Swag bag contents may vary.
• Registration must be done in advance and will be accepted until packages and passes sell out.  No registrations will be accepted during the event.
• Hotel overnights are not included in package, but special rates for accommodations at Downtown Holland hotels have been arranged and can be reserved by contacting the individual hotels. Reserving a hotel room does not mean you are automatically registered for Girlfriends Weekend.  You must purchase a package or pass on-line to register for the event.
• Registration fees are only refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of registration.  A full refund will be given if cancellation is made within this time frame.  No other refunds will be granted.
  
• To register for Girlfriends Weekend, you must be 21 and up.
  
• Events and in-store activities are open only to those who register.
• Your payment will be processed via PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to use this service. If you do not have an account, proceed with payment under “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” and you will be able to complete your order using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• Registration must be done on-line.  No phone, mail, or e-mail registrations will be accepted.
• By registering, you agree to the following Consent and Release for Story, Likeness, and Voice: I give permission to the City of Holland and the Downtown Principal Shopping District (collectively referred to as the “Organizations”) to use (including, but not limited to, taking photographs and making audio recordings or videos), without charge and without reservation, all or a portion of my story including my likeness and my voice in promoting these Organizations.  I acknowledge that editorial changes may be made as deemed suitable by the Organizations. Whether or not changes are made, I waive any rights of action I may have and release the Organizations from any and all claims I may have arising from the use, publication, and changes in the content, including any rights to sue for defamation or violation of rights of privacy or rights of publicity.
